A structured self-help tool for adults: mood check-ins, a guided CBT-style thought record, a library of wellbeing questionnaires, and always-available safety tools. Chat replies may be AI-generated inside a deterministic safety net (clearly labelled in the app); every safety flow and crisis response is human-written and version-controlled.
Neev is not therapy, not treatment, not diagnosis, and not a crisis service. It cannot detect or prevent suicide or self-harm. If you are in crisis, real humans come first: Tele-MANAS 14416 (24/7, free) or emergency 112.
• You appear everywhere as your chosen username, never your email.
• Your notes, thought records, moods, scores, safety plan and chat conversations are never readable by the admin. Reporting is aggregate-only, and any aggregate over fewer than 5 people is suppressed.
• Chats are saved to your account so a conversation survives closing the app — you can clear them any time from the chat screen, and deleting your account removes them entirely.
• The one exception: if what you write signals serious risk (for example thoughts of suicide, self-harm, or abuse), a safety entry is created showing the named responder your username, the risk level, and the minimal sentence that triggered it — so a human can check on you. Not your history, not your identity.
• Only if the responder reasonably believes a life is in immediate danger can they ask the system for your registered email to get you help. Every such action is logged.
• Using or not using Neev is invisible to your colleagues and has nothing to do with work, ever.
• Optional Blueprint sharing: in the Me tab you can choose to share your Wellbeing Blueprint (test scores and activity counts — never notes, journal text, thought records or your safety plan) with the program admin. It is off by default, entirely your choice, reversible any time, and saying no has no consequences of any kind.
Encrypted in transit, no trackers or analytics pixels of any kind, nothing shared with anyone. You can delete your account and all data yourself at any time from the Me tab.
